NOTES: I planned to get Diva once I got Dana from this line, though I knew I wanted to redress her. This outfit was originally planned for my extra Sensations Becky, but she ended up in something else. I think this works well on Diva. I love the colors.

This is the Diva I had when I was a kid, so she's got a nice nostalgic vibe, even though I now prefer the original Diva.

OUTFIT DETAILS: 1985 Rockers fashion #1175. She's wearing all of it. Earrings are original. 

NOTES: Agh, this one should have been back before Teen Courtney, but oh, well. I can't remember what condition she was in when I got her, but I wanted more Diva mold dolls and ended up grabbing her, likely on eBay. 

BARBIE AND THE ALL STARS MIDGE

OUTFIT DETAILS: 1983 Fashion Fun "Soft and Lacy" #4807. Little me loved lingerie sets and this one was a favorite. It's got really cute panties. 

NOTES: I was shocked to find several vintage Barbies at my local toy store. They were in played with condition, but still good and many had a lot of original outfit pieces. I definitely was not leaving this Midge behind. I'm not a big fan of the All Stars outfits, so she got redressed in my current project of upgrading fashions I owned as a kid.

NOTES: I think this is my favorite Midge ever. She works the Diva mold so well and her entire color scheme from head to toe is glorious.

OUTFIT DETAILS: Original belt, earrings and ring. Possibly original shoes. White jelly bracelet is likely Rockers. Silver bracelet is more modern. She wears Fashion Fantasy 1983 #4811 "Curtains Up." This originally had black open toe sandals and a plaid belt.

NOTES: This is my upgrade Kayla that I bought boxed when I first started rebuying a lot of childhood faves. She wears my favorite childhood fashion, though also an upgrade. 

DANCE CLUB KAYLA

OUTFIT DETAILS: Original earrings and ring. The rest of the outfit is Paris Pretty 1988 #1909. I had the Barbie collector cards that showed all these amazing outfits and this was my most wanted one. Took me until adulthood to get it, but Kayla will always wear it proudly. 

NOTES: Diva walked so Kayla could run. I love the Diva mold and this Kayla will forever be my favorite that uses it. This is actually my childhood doll. Not in too bad condition, considering I played with her a lot!
